JERUSALEM (Maâan) — Extremists painted anti-Arab slogans on a mixed Jewish and Palestinian school in East Jerusalem for the second time in a week, Israeli media reports said Sunday.
The ‘Hand in Hand’ school in Beit Safafa was found spray-painted with “Muhammad is dead” and “death to the Arabs” written in Hebrew, Hebrew-language Maariv reported.
On Tuesday, similar slogans were painted on the school’s playground.
Police told Maariv they expect far-right Jewish activists are behind the vandalism. The report said slogans and badges of Beitar Yerushalaym football team, associated with right-wing politics, were found near the school.
Thank You.
