Morocco calls a popular march in solidarity with Jerusalem on Sunday 2Apr12 April 2, 2012

RABAT, (PIC)– Morocco’s Justice and Development party called for a massive march in solidarity with Jerusalem on Sunday in Casablanca city.

The participation in this march is considered a national duty to support the Palestinian cause, Soleman Amrani, the vice Secretary General of the party, said.

Amrani said, in statements published on the Justice and Development party’s official web site, that the party’s secretariat discussed in its last meeting the national march to support Jerusalem, and decided to participate in the national march represented by the party’s staff, officials, and sympathizers and to work for the success of this march that deepen the Moroccan support for the Palestinian cause in its capacity as an Islamic, Arab cause.

The Moroccan organization for the support of the Umma’s causes organized on Friday 30/3 popular marches in Rabat to mark Palestine’s Land Day, and sent a delegation of more than thirty persons to Jordan participate in the Global March to Jerusalem.
