In the early morning hours of July 17, up to 200 Israeli soldiers invaded the village of Nabi Saleh in the occupied West Bank. They searched numerous houses and briefly detained videographer Bilal Tamimi.

The footage in this video was filmed during the raid of Bassem and Nariman Tamimi’s home. Filmed by Nariman Tamimi.

Nabi Saleh is the site of weekly demonstrations against the occupation and theft of the village’s land by the settlement of Halamish. The demonstrations are violently repressed by the Israeli army and Border Police. Night raids in the village are very common.
