The Hebron Police command and the Army’s Judea Brigade have adopted a new policy of restrictions, vehicle confiscations and threats. About five or seven water tankers have been confiscated by the Hebron police using various pretexts. Areas around settlements have been declared closed military zones by the Judea Brigade.

There is a twist to the story: there is an extra water filling point at the locked up entrance to [the settlement of] Kiryat Arba which is controlled by the settlement’s local council. It provides a fast flow, but the price of the water is three time and more.
